Trick or Treat with Helmar Tacky Craft Glue

Hi, my turn over at Helmar today!  Please go over to the blog and see my post and photos of my process to make these cute bags.

So I it was Dollar Day for me and my friends.  Went shopping at the Dollar Store and got lots of Halloween goodies including the materials I needed to make my Trick Or Treat bags for Helmar today.

I also went on line to one of my favorite paper piecing sites "My Scrap Chick" because they were having a dollar day discount!  So I was able to make four of these cutie bags for $1.00 each and I still have left over paper bags, cardstock, fabric and of course my paper piecing pattern.

You have the option of making these treat bags nice and cute and clean as shown above, but I decided to distress my pieces with my Prima Ingvild Bolme distressing tool.  I also used the spidery webbing fabric as my background and chalked and inked up my ghost face and pumpkin.

To make my treat bags extra spooky I added the skeletons to the bags.  Of course if you are making these bags for small children you can add a cute pumpkin other than a scary skeleton.

These bags were fun to make and all it took was a little time and $4.00 total!

Thank you for stopping by today, Happy Halloween ...
